For those students who would like to become tutors but have not received a faculty recommendation, stop by the ATTIC to pick up a faculty recommendation form.  Upon receipt of the signed faculty recommendation form, you will then become one of the ATTIC’s tutors.


If you are a new tutor to Lafayette and have never been paid by any other office on campus, you will need to do the following:

File an I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form AND complete a W-4 form in the Office of the Dean of Students, Hogg Hall, Room 101.

You must have either a Passport OR two (2) forms of ID (one from each column):

Driver’s License      Social Security Card

College ID              Birth Certificate
