The ATTIC accepts tutor requests beginning August 28, 2017. The last day to request a tutor for the fall semester is Friday, December 1, 2017.

Tutoring assignments typically take one to three business days to process and assign. While great effort is devoted to identifying and hiring tutors to meet anticipated needs, please be aware that tutors may not be immediately available for all subjects or their availability may be exhausted. You will receive contact information about your tutor via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Tutor sessions end the last day of classes. Tutors are not obligated to hold sessions during the week of final exams. Sessions held during the week of finals are at the discretion of the tutor.
Please note that tutoring requests for courses that have established preferred support options available (Supplemental Instruction, Mentored Study Groups, Calculus Cavalry, etc) will NOT be filled without approval from the Director of the ATTIC.
Requests for individual tutoring in courses that have a Drop In Lab available will not be filled without the approval of the course instructor and/or ATTIC Director as well as evidence of consistent attendance at the Drop In Lab.
Explanations of mitigating circumstances that may warrant waiving this policy should be sent to Christopher Selena, Assistant Dean of Advising & Co-Curricular Programs and Director of the ATTIC – email@example.com
